【明星扮靚】袁偉豪為太太影寫真 張寶兒再挑戰性感尺度展體態美【多圖】

香港小姐張寶兒(Bowie)一向喜歡扮靚影相然後放社交平台與大家分享,而且她一向不乏性感打扮,展美好身段大派福利。當中最經典,是寶兒去年在海邊大解放,穿高衩泳衣拍超性感寫真,十分衝擊網民眼球。
一向錫太太的袁偉豪亦十分大方,不介意太太性感造型示人。近日,張寶兒分段上載一批新近拍攝的照片,當中部份照片更由袁偉豪親自掌鏡拍攝,所以寶兒在IG也半開玩笑稱丈夫是攝影大師。

再突破性感界限
最近一輯相片,她穿西裝褸配白色喱士超低胸薄紗裙,不過把外套拉低,再突破性感尺度。不過她有寫明:「#放心完全無走光 #拍照一定做好安全措施 #否則袁生怎會給出街🤣」
現年29歲的張寶兒身高165cm,當日選美時只有46kg,體重過瘦。現在以練出結實線條為目標,骨肉更為均勻,身段比當日選美時更佳。

張寶兒Keep Fit有三大原則。控制飲食:
吸收優質蛋白質
由於張寶兒以增加肌肉為主,所以主力吸收優質蛋白質,例如雞胸或魚便是她的最佳選擇,再配合多菜少澱粉質,令健身事半功倍。
她只在早餐接觸澱粉質,午餐和晚餐都盡量以蔬菜纖維和蛋白質為主,因為纖維可幫助消化及排毒。同時,張寶兒在烹調蔬菜時注意火候控制,因煮太久會令蔬菜維他命流失,但太生冷又會帶來寒濕。

控制飲食份量
此外,她食水果和零食都以健康和低果糖為主,比如火龍果、蘋果等。
零食方面,張寶兒會選擇無鹽杏仁及不經油炸的蕃薯片,同時也會控制份量,和在適當的時間獎勵自己。

負重運動
屬於「瘦底」的張寶兒做gym主要為令身體線條更緊緻,所以在運動上會著重不同肌肉上的負重訓練,帶氧運動則為提升新陳代謝率。張寶兒表示自己每星期至少一次到Gym房報到,每次大約1小時。
除做gym,張寶兒也走出室外,比如有時會行山,以及盡量多步行,將鍛鍊融入生活。
